Returns & Refund Policy | STAX.

We are sure you will love your STAX. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a 100% refund (excluding shipping) or 110% store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date.

Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging (this includes dust bags and clear packaging) 
  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant etc)
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased in a sale

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns
  • We cannot offer direct exchanges
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

We carefully pack and ship all orders from our Sydney warehouse, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a refund provided the following is met;

    • You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to help@stax.co.nz
    • Your claim has been reviewed and approved by our team

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above. If payments have already been made when the items are refunded, the payment plan will be removed from your AfterPay and the initial payments will be refunded. If a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

RETURNS:

To start the process, simply complete the form at the bottom of your packing slip, or download the returns form here and include it in the returns parcel with your product (as described above) and send back to;

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

If you are looking to change or cancel an order, please contact help@stax.co.nzASAP. We cannot confirm that we will catch the order in time, but we will do our best.

Please note, we cannot add or change discount codes on already placed orders.
